Can I get a VAT invoice from Digistore24 for my company?

You always get an invoice from Digistore24, and you can download it as a PDF. Whether it can show your company name and VAT ID is not covered on the help pages we loaded, so ask support before you buy.

Two things get mixed up here. The first is having an invoice at all. Digistore24 says that the order confirmation email contains a link to your invoice, and that you can also download it from the order confirmation page. That part is documented and simple.

The second is having an invoice made out to a business, with a company name, address and VAT ID. We read the Digistore24 buyer help pages and found no article on that. So we do not say it is possible and we do not say it is not. We only know what the pages say, and that is the honest limit of this guide. Who issues the invoice, Digistore24 or the vendor?

Digistore24 describes itself as a reseller. It says it acts as the vendor towards you, is your legal contractual partner and debits your payment, not the product vendor.

That is the key point for a bookkeeper. On Digistore24 the company that sells to you is the platform, so the invoice normally carries the platform's details and not the name of the author whose course or ebook you bought. The platform's own help page says it handles accounting, invoicing and tax management for vendors.

In our catalog the order forms name either Digistore24 GmbH or Digistore24 Inc. We counted 256 reviews that name the GmbH and 128 that name the Inc. (as of October 2026, none names both). Your accountant will want to know which entity is on the invoice, so read the order form before you pay and keep the confirmation email.

Risk Management Course is a plain example. The review says the order form shows $27.00 as the total and that Digistore24 GmbH is the contractual partner.

Where do I find and download my invoice?

Open the order confirmation email and use the invoice link, or sign in to the customer portal with your email address and a one-time code, then download the invoice as a PDF.

Steps to get the PDF

1. Search your inbox and spam folder for the email titled "Digistore24 - Order successful / access".
2. Click the invoice link in that email, or open the order confirmation page and download it there.
3. No email? Open the customer portal, request a login code and pick the order.
4. Use the order ID when you contact support, and write from the email address you bought with.

The customer portal needs no password and no account. You enter the email address used for the order, receive a code that is valid for 15 minutes and then see every order linked to that address. For each order you can view the invoice history and download individual invoices as PDF files.

If you cannot find the order, the most common reason is a different email address. Digistore24 also has a Find my order page that can locate an order by payment method. Support can change the email linked to an order if you no longer have access to it.

How does VAT show up on the order form?

It depends on the offer and the buyer's address. Many forms show a VAT-included price, while others show a 0% tax line for a US address and a different total for a German address.

We record the order form for each offer, so the tax picture is visible in our data. As of October 2026, 182 of our 1,920 reviews carry the label "VAT included" in the billing field, and 191 price notes record a 0% tax line for a US address.

A few reviews show how the total can move with the address. The Overthinking Reset Guide charges $37.00 for a US address with a 0% tax line, while German buyers see EUR 44.03, which is EUR 37.00 plus 19% VAT. SocialRentalMarketing: 15 Social Videos is labelled a B2B service, charges EUR 1,799.00 for a US address and adds 19% VAT for German buyers (EUR 2,140.81 in total).

What if the offer is sold through ClickBank instead?

Then the invoice question goes to ClickBank, not Digistore24. Different platform, different seller of record, different support route.

Not every offer we review is a Digistore24 sale. Self-help and parenting titles are often sold through ClickBank, where the seller of record is Click Sales, Inc. The review of Self-Esteem Elevation for Children notes a $47.00 charge with $0.00 tax for a US address.

We did not load a ClickBank help page on company invoices, so we make no claim about it. Check the order form for the platform name first, then ask that platform.

Does a VAT-included price tell me what my company pays?

Not by itself. A VAT-included label tells you the shown total contains tax, not whether your company can reclaim it or whether a different total applies to a business.

That decision belongs to your accountant or tax adviser, and we are not one. What we can do is show you the number the order form displayed, with the date we checked it. For instance, Youth Swimmer Nutrition Guide is $19.90, one time, VAT included, and btcBeep is $69, one time, VAT included.

What should I ask Digistore24 support before I buy?

Ask three things in writing: whether the invoice can show your company name and VAT ID, which Digistore24 entity issues it, and whether the invoice can be corrected after the order.

Support is reachable through the Digistore24 help center. Keep the question short and include the product name and, if you already ordered, the order ID. Questions about the content of the product itself go to the vendor, not to Digistore24.
