Is Digistore24 Legit? What Buying There Really Means
Digistore24 is a genuine, established reseller. The products sold through it are a different question, and that difference is where most buyers get hurt.
Is Digistore24 a scam?
No. Digistore24 is an established online sales platform and affiliate marketplace that processes real payments, issues real invoices and runs a real customer support desk.
The confusion usually starts with a charge. Someone buys a supplement or a course from a flashy sales page, then sees a company name they have never heard of on their card statement. That company is Digistore24, and it is there by design, not by accident.
The fair question is not whether Digistore24 exists and pays out refunds. It does. The fair question is whether the specific product you are about to buy is worth the money, and the platform cannot answer that for you.
What does it mean that Digistore24 is a reseller?
It means Digistore24 is your contractual partner. The platform states on its buyer page that you are buying from Digistore24 and not directly from the vendor or the affiliate who sent you.
In practice the purchase goes in three steps. You read a vendor's sales page, you click the buy button and land on a Digistore24 order form, and after paying you get an order confirmation email with a link to your invoice, the payment plan you agreed to and the support address.
Because Digistore24 is the seller of record, it handles the invoice, the payment and customer service on the vendor's behalf. That is good news for you: a small, anonymous vendor can disappear, but your order and your refund request still sit with a company that has a support team and legal obligations.
It also explains why two companies appear in the fine print. Order forms name either Digistore24 GmbH or Digistore24 Inc. as the contractual partner, depending on how the vendor sells, and the refund windows a vendor can choose differ between the two.

- A support desk at helpdesk@digistore24.com that answers refund and cancellation requests, even when the vendor goes quiet.

Does Digistore24 approval mean a product is good?
No. Digistore24 says every product goes through an approval process that checks legal requirements and whether key purchase information is shown. That is a compliance check, not a quality review.
Approval can confirm that the order form shows a price, a billing plan and the right legal text. It cannot confirm that a 67-page ebook is worth $215, that a trading tool hits the accuracy it advertises, or that a supplement does what its sales video suggests.

Where do Digistore24 buyers actually run into trouble?
Almost always on the vendor's sales page and in the details of the order form, not in the payment itself.
The patterns repeat. A price shown as a one-time payment turns out to be monthly, as on Tradbook Pro Multi-Profile, where the order form reads $26 plus $26 monthly. A checkout opens with extra courses already in the cart, as on the Software Testing Course bundle, which totals $467. A struck-through price that nobody ever pays sits next to the real one, as on BurnTide.
