Digistore24 Refund Request Generator
Find out whether you are still inside the refund period, who to write to and what to say. The message asks for your money back in so many words, because that is what Digistore24 support looks for.
Build your refund request
How it works
Pick the product, enter the date of your first payment and say what went wrong. The page works out your deadline from the refund window recorded in our review, tells you where the request goes, and writes a message that asks for a refund in so many words. Everything happens in your browser.
- Deadline: purchase date plus the refund window, with the days left, or the date it ended
- Where to send it: Digistore24 support for Digistore24 orders; the vendor when the period has passed or the problem is the content
- The message: order ID, date, amount, the reason and a plain request for a full refund, ready to copy or open in your email app
What the refund windows look like
In the 2,116 offers we have reviewed, 1,567 (74%) show a 60-day refund window, 103 show 365 days, 67 show 30 days or less and 7 show none. The window runs from the first payment, not from the day you open the product, so a month of procrastination can use up half of a short one.
The page and the order form do not always agree: see money-back guarantee, page vs order form. The tool uses what the order form showed when we checked it.
Before you send it
- Find the order ID in the order confirmation email or the customer portal (our refund guide shows the three ways).
- If the problem is a subscription, cancel it first so no new payment is taken while the request is reviewed.
- Do not open a card dispute at the same time: refund or chargeback explains the order.
- Not sure what you are about to pay for? Run the offer through the checkout checker or look for it in the hidden subscription finder before you buy.
Questions and answers
Does this send anything to Digistore24 or to you?
No. The page builds the message in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored. You copy the message or open it in your own email app and send it yourself.
Who should I send the refund request to, Digistore24 or the vendor?
For an order paid through Digistore24, ask Digistore24 first: it is the reseller and runs the checkout, so it holds the payment record and has to process a valid request inside the return period. Write to the vendor about the content of the product, and as a second message when the return period has already passed, because vendors can refund on their own.
Why does the message say 'refund' so clearly?
Digistore24 support treats a message that does not explicitly ask for money back as a cancellation request, which stops future payments but does not return what you paid. The generated message states that you want a full refund.
When does the refund period start?
With your first payment. After a free trial it starts when the first real payment is taken. For shipped products it can start when you receive the item. The deadline here counts from the date you enter, using the refund window recorded in our review of the offer.
What if my product is not in the list?
Open 'Product not listed' and type its name, choose the refund period shown on your order form and the checkout it went through. The message and the deadline work the same way.
Can I use it for ClickBank orders?
You can build the message and the deadline, but we have not loaded ClickBank's own refund process, so the page does not give a ClickBank address. Use the support link in your ClickBank receipt.
Is this legal advice?
Worthorpass is not a law firm and is not affiliated with Digistore24 GmbH. The page is a template and a deadline calculator built from the refund windows recorded in our reviews; the order form of your purchase is what counts.
