How to Cancel a Digistore24 Subscription
Three ways to stop a Digistore24 subscription, what to do when the cancel button does not appear, and why canceling is not the same as getting your money back.
What is the fastest way to cancel a Digistore24 subscription?
Use the Cancel or revoke contract page on digistore24.com. You need your order ID and your last name or the email address you used to buy.

- Open digistore24.com/en/home/cancel-revoke-contract.
- Enter your order ID.
- Enter your last name or your email address.
- Click Next.
- Click Cancel contract and follow the remaining steps.

How do you cancel through the customer portal?
Sign in at customer.digistore24.com with your email, open the order and click Cancel subscription.

- Go to customer.digistore24.com and enter the email address you used to buy.
- Type the one-time code Digistore24 emails you. No password or account is needed.
- Click Order details next to the order.
- Under Active subscription, click Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
Can you cancel from the order confirmation email?
Yes. The email from support@digistore24.com links to a support page where you can stop payments.

- Open the order confirmation email and click the link to the support page.
- Choose Question about the payment, then I want to cancel payments.
- Add a reason if you like, then click Stop payments and lose access later.
- Click Ok and read the message that confirms whether the cancellation worked.
Why is there no cancel button on my order?
Digistore24 only shows the button when three things are true: you bought as a private customer, no payment is outstanding, and the plan can be canceled.
If a payment failed or is pending, it has to be paid before the cancel option appears. If you bought as a company, you have to contact Digistore24 support to cancel. And some payment plans are not cancelable at all: they end on their own after the period stated at purchase.
Installment plans are the usual case. Digistore24's support process says an installment payment can never be canceled, apart from a special cancelable temporary subscription. A subscription with a minimum term keeps running until that term ends, even after you cancel. In either case, email helpdesk@digistore24.com with your order ID to confirm what applies to you.
Does canceling give you a refund?
No. Canceling ends the subscription at the next possible date. A refund returns money you already paid and has to be requested explicitly.
Digistore24 also separates cancellation from revocation. Cancellation stops future billing. Revocation withdraws from the contract retroactively and is only possible within the legal revocation period. Frequently asked questions
Will I lose access immediately after canceling?
Usually not. Canceling stops future payments, and access normally runs until the end of the period you already paid for. The support page option is literally labeled "Stop payments and lose access later".
I bought as a business. How do I cancel?
Business customers cannot cancel online. Email helpdesk@digistore24.com with your order ID, sent from the email address you used for the purchase.
Can I cancel an installment plan on Digistore24?
Generally no. Digistore24 treats installments as payment for a product you already bought, so they continue until the last one, unless the plan was set up as a cancelable temporary subscription.
How do I know the cancellation worked?
The page shows a message confirming the result, and your order in the customer portal should no longer list an active subscription. Keep a screenshot until the next billing date has passed without a charge.
