Digistore24 Payment Methods and Currency: What You Can Use

Which payment methods does Digistore24 accept?

Digistore24's help center names Klarna, PayPal, credit card, advance payment by bank transfer and SEPA direct debit. Which ones you see on a given order form is shown at checkout.

The list comes from the help article on how secure buying via Digistore24 is. It describes these as the secure and common methods Digistore24 uses, and says the company works with reputable payment service providers. Digistore24's buyer page also names PayPal and Klarna as examples of well-known providers.

What the sources do not give is a per-country or per-product list. The buyer page says you select the payment method on the order form and finish with the buy button, so the form is the place to check what is available for your order.

The order forms captured in three of our reviews, The Trained Eye Program, Lotto Master Key and 10K Leo Tokens, listed Apple Pay or Google Pay, credit card and PayPal. That is what those forms showed on 30 August 2026, not a promise for every order.

Who charges you when you pay?

Digistore24 does. It acts as the reseller, so the charge on your statement comes from Digistore24 and not from the vendor whose sales page you read.

Digistore24's help center says that when you buy from a vendor selling through the platform, Digistore24 acts as the vendor and is your legal contractual partner. That is why an unfamiliar company name can show up on a card statement.

After you pay, the customer portal lets you sign in with your email address and a one-time code. No password and no account are needed, and the portal covers payment method changes as well.

Can you change the payment method after buying?

For future payments, yes. Digistore24 says you can change the method from the order confirmation page, and its customer portal lists changing the payment method and paying outstanding balances.

This matters for subscriptions and payment plans, where a card can expire or be replaced. The buyer page points to a Change payment method button on the order confirmation page, reachable from the link in your confirmation email.

If a recurring payment fails, Digistore24 retries the debit up to three times within three days, according to its vendor help pages, and then emails the customer a link to pay. Which currencies do Digistore24 offers use?

Mostly US dollars. As of October 2026, 1,849 of our 1,920 scored offers bill in dollars, 66 in euros and 5 in pounds. Each vendor sets its own currency.

We found no Digistore24 page that lists the supported currencies, so this section rests only on our own catalog. For each offer we record the currency the order form charged when we opened it.

The euro offers are a small group. 66 of the 1,920 charge in euros, with a median price of EUR 21.00, and 5 charge in pounds. Our price notes for 65 of the 66 euro offers record what a US address sees, so a euro price is not limited to German buyers.

Euro and pound offers are not better or worse by default. Their median score is 6.4 for euros against 6.0 for dollars, but that is a pattern in a small group and not a reason to choose or avoid them.

What happens when you buy an offer priced in euros?

Your card or payment provider converts the amount. The dollar total can differ from the page and can include a bank exchange fee that we cannot see.

Take The 24 Menus from Madeira cookbook. The order form charges EUR 19.80 once for a US address, with no tax line and a 60-day refund window, and our review notes that your card converts the amount. Dynvera Diaries is the same story at EUR 18.90.

Two other reviews show the other direction. Shame Spiral to Self-Worth shows $13 on its sales page, but the order form charges GBP 13.00, also for US buyers, which is more than $13. Project Mobilization Plan lists $6.91 on the page and EUR 7.01 on the form after the button coupon.

Does your country change the price?

It can. The order form can add VAT or shipping depending on the delivery address, so a German address may pay a different total than a US address.

Our reviews often record both. Hyperbolic Stretching charges $47.00 for a US address and EUR 45.88 for a German one. Ageless Shoulders is $69.00 for a US address, but the German form totals EUR 115.00, which includes VAT of EUR 18.36 and shipping of EUR 29.28 for the physical club.

Is a refund different if you paid by SEPA direct debit?

Yes. Digistore24 says a SEPA refund needs extra information: your full address for purchases under EUR 200, or proof of identity above that, and the money usually returns within 10 business days.

What should you check before you pay?

Check the currency, the total with tax and shipping, the payment method you pick, and the refund window, all on the order form and before you press buy.

1. Read the currency symbol next to the total: dollar, euro or pound.
2. Compare the total with the price on the sales page.
3. Choose the payment method you can dispute or change later, such as the one you can manage in the customer portal.
4. Check for a pre-ticked add-on or a subscription line.
5. Save the order confirmation email with the order ID.
