Getting Access After You Pay: Downloads, Logins and Codes
The moment after payment is where many buyers get stuck: no file, no login, no email. Knowing how your specific product is delivered, before you pay, makes that moment much simpler.
How is a Digistore24 purchase delivered?
Through an order confirmation email, plus whatever the product itself uses: a download, a login, a code or a parcel.
After paying, you receive an order confirmation email with your order ID, a link to your invoice and the support address. For most digital products, the access link or download is in that email or on the page that loads after payment.

1. Instant downloads
