I Paid on Digistore24 but Got No Email: What Now?
You paid, but nothing landed in your inbox. Here is the order of steps that works: spam folder, customer portal, order page, then support with your order ID.
I paid on Digistore24 and got no email. What should I do?
Search your spam and trash folders for support@digistore24.com, then sign in to the customer portal with your purchase email. If the order is not there, contact Digistore24 support with your order ID.
A missing email does not mean the payment failed, and it rarely means the product is lost. In most cases the message is in a folder you did not check, or it went to a different address from the one you use every day. The steps below follow Digistore24's own help pages, which we loaded in October 2026, and they are ordered from the quickest check to the last resort.

Where should I look for the email first?
Search all your inboxes, including spam and trash, for the sender Digistore24 support and the subject Digistore24 - Order successful / access.
Digistore24 describes the order confirmation as coming from Digistore24 support at support@digistore24.com, with the subject line Digistore24 - Order successful / access. Search for that subject or for the word Digistore24 rather than scrolling. Also check promotions, junk and trash tabs.
Think about which address you typed on the order form. The confirmation goes to that address only. If you have several mailboxes, search each one before you assume anything is wrong. Some vendors also send their own email, for example with member area credentials, so search for the product name or the vendor name too.
How do I find my order without the email?
Open the Digistore24 customer portal, request a login code and enter the email address you used at checkout. No password and no account are needed.
The customer portal lists every order placed with the email address you enter. You click Send login code, receive a one-time code by email, and type it in. According to the help center the code is valid for 15 minutes, and each sign-in sends a new one. If the code does not arrive, check spam, request a new code, or try another browser or device.
Inside the portal, open Order details to see the order ID, the payment method and the invoices. The Order overview page often holds the link to your product, sometimes behind an Access purchase button. If the order is missing, the most common reason is a different email address from the one you used to buy.
What if I cannot sign in to the portal either?
Use the Find my order form with your order ID and email, or with your card details. Without an order ID, look it up in your payment provider's records.
Digistore24 offers a find-my-order page. If you did not pay by credit card, enter the order ID plus either your purchase email or the last four digits of your bank account. If you paid by card, a separate form asks for your name, purchase date, amount and the last four digits of the card.
The order ID is a combination of letters and numbers, for example 5K5WFNS4. Where it hides depends on how you paid. For PayPal it sits under Purchase details in your PayPal activity. For SEPA direct debit and bank transfer it appears in the payment reference on your bank statement. Klarna shows it under the shop order reference. Our refund guide lists the same lookup routes.
Is the product maybe not delivered by email at all?
Possibly. Many products deliver through a download page, a member area, a code or the post, so check how your product was meant to arrive.

Digistore24's help center lists four common routes: the order confirmation email, the order confirmation page, an email from the product vendor, and a parcel for physical goods. The order confirmation page can be reopened at any time through the customer portal, so closing the tab after paying is not a problem.

How do I contact Digistore24 support?
Email helpdesk@digistore24.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order ID, screenshots and a clear description.
The help center asks for four things: the purchase email address, the order ID, relevant screenshots and a detailed description. Sending from the purchase address lets support find you quickly. If you no longer control that mailbox, support can change the email linked to the order, but you will need the order ID and the new address.
Digistore24 support handles the order, the payment and the delivery email. Questions about what is inside the product, such as a broken file or a missing lesson, go to the product vendor, whose details are usually on the order overview page or in the confirmation email. What if nothing works and I want my money back?
Check the refund window on the order form and ask for a refund inside it. Do not wait until the window has almost closed.

- Search spam, junk and trash for support@digistore24.com.
- Search every mailbox you own, and the vendor or product name.
- Open the customer portal and sign in with the purchase email.
- Reopen the order overview page and look for Access purchase.
- Use Find my order with the order ID if you cannot sign in.
- Email helpdesk@digistore24.com with order ID and screenshots.
- If access never comes, request a refund inside the window.
If you paid and cannot get access at all, the refund window is your safety net. Most of the offers we review show a refund window on the order form, and the Madeira cookbook and the bull terrier ebook above both show 60 days. Write the date down on the day you pay.
