Money-Back Guarantees: Sales Page vs Order Form
A money-back guarantee usually appears twice: once in the vendor's sales copy and once on the Digistore24 order form. They do not always agree, and the difference decides what you can count on.
Where is the guarantee stated?
In two places: the vendor's sales page and the Digistore24 order form. The order form is the one tied to your purchase.
The sales page is the vendor's advertising. The order form is where Digistore24, as the reseller, shows the terms of the order you are about to place, including the refund window when the vendor has set one. Most offers we review show 60 days there.

1. Do the page and the form agree?
Often, but not always. Disagreement is a clarity problem even when it works in your favour.
The Software Testing Course vendor states a 30-day, no-questions-asked guarantee, while the Digistore24 order form is configured for 60 days. The longer window on the form helps the buyer, but a seller who does not know its own terms lowers trust in everything else on the page.
Glucoguard Pro goes further: its own sales page states 60 days in one place and 180 days in another, without reconciling them. We scored it a Pass, partly because a page that cannot agree with itself on its guarantee has an offer-clarity problem before anything else.
2. What if the order form shows no refund window?
It is unusual. Note it, and do not rely on the sales page alone.
Smartphone Filmmaking Pro promises 14 days on its landing page, while the checkout names no refund window at all. 300,000 Laser Cut Files at $249.99 shows no money-back line on the order form, and the vendor's page has none either.
Our reviews note that Digistore24 operates its own buyer refund policy on top of what the vendor advertises, so you are not without recourse. But the absence matters on an expensive purchase. Raspberry Pi Video Course for Beginners also states no window on its form; there, free sample lessons are the place to decide before paying $26.99.
3. Is the window shorter than usual?
Fourteen days exists on Digistore24, and it changes how quickly you need to start.
Both Flamenco Guitar Method and 4-Week Guitar Technique Challenge show a 14-day money-back guarantee. That is fair for courses you can judge in the first week, but only if you begin straight away.
On recurring offers a short window matters more. Quit Smoking Weed Transformation Program bills $49 a month and shows 14 days on its order form. Put the deadline in your calendar on the day you buy.
4. What conditions come with the guarantee?
Read the small words: empty bottle, opened bottles, return postage.
Some guarantees are more generous than the average. Nerve Soothe states a 60-day guarantee that applies even if the bottle is empty. Liposomal Hair Renewal shows 180 days on the order form, and the sales page says it covers opened bottles.
Physical products carry a cost the headline does not show. TeslaCare shows a 60-day window on a $499 device, but returning it means shipping it back at your own cost. A guarantee that costs you postage is still worth having, just less than it sounds.
What should you do before you pay?
Screenshot both terms, rely on the form, and act before the shorter date.
Take a screenshot of the guarantee on the sales page and of the order form before paying. If they differ, the earlier deadline is the safe one to work to, because you lose nothing by asking early.
