Our catalog holds 1920 offers in total. Of those, 1,189 are sold through Digistore24, and for 856 of them we wrote down the refund window printed on the order form. For the rest, the review does not record one, so they are left out of every figure below.
The result is lopsided. 60 days is the default in practice, and the other numbers are exceptions. A good example is Aligned Love Archetypes, where the order form grants 60 days and the page agrees. Our guide to page versus order form guarantees explains why the form is the number to plan around.
What is the full spread from 14 to 365 days?
Of 856 Digistore24 offers: 20 show 14 days, 3 show 30, 818 show 60, 6 show 90, 3 show 180 and 3 show 365. Three more state no window on the form.
We counted every Digistore24 offer by the number of days printed in the Refund window line of its review. Three offers do not state a window on the form at all, which is itself worth noticing, and they are not part of the six buckets.
The short end is mostly low-priced downloads. The long end is mostly supplements, plus a few digital items. Neither end has many offers, so treat them as exceptions you need to read, not as trends.
Digistore24 offers by refund window (as of October 2026)
- 14 days: 20 offers, average score 5.0, median price about $16
- 30 days: 3 offers, average score 6.1, median price $47
- 60 days: 818 offers, average score 6.1, median price $37
- 90 days: 6 offers, average score 6.0
- 180 days: 3 offers, average score 5.6
- 365 days: 3 offers, average score 5.3, all three rated Pass
Who offers more than 60 days?
Twelve Digistore24 offers: six at 90 days, three at 180 and three at 365. Most are supplements, and the longer window does not lift their verdicts.
Examples at 90 days include Advanced Joint Support, rated Worth it, and T-Max, rated Pass. At 180 days there is Liposomal Hair Renewal, whose page says opened bottles count, and GlucoTrust.
At 365 days we recorded Pharaoh's Nectar, RhythmONE and the Diabetes Solution Kit. All three are a Pass. A year to ask for money back does not fix an offer that is unclear about what it claims.
The 12 offers above 60 days average 5.7 overall. Five are Worth a look, five are a Pass and two are Worth it.
Who offers less than 60 days, and does it matter?
Twenty-three offers show 14 or 30 days. The 14-day group is where the refund-terms sub-score drops, averaging 3.9 against 8.0 for 60 days.
Several of the 14-day offers are cheap templates and downloads, such as the Simple Monthly Budget and Savings Tracker at $13. Two much more expensive listings, the social video bundles at $1,799 and $2,799, also show 14 days.
At 30 days we have three offers, among them Pagewheel Business Plan and ClickDesigns Commercial, both rated Worth it. A short window is a reason to read the offer, not an automatic fail.
Of the 23 offers under 60 days, 12 are a Pass, 6 are Worth a look and 5 are Worth it.
What if the sales page and the order form disagree?
Believe the order form and write down both numbers. We recorded four Digistore24 offers where the page promises a different window than the form shows.
The UX/UI Courses download shows 14 days on the form despite a 60-day claim on the page. The Instagram Growth Blueprint does the same: 14 days on the form, while the product text says 60. The Weight Loss Program page also claims 60 against 14 on the form.
The reverse also happens. Page Builder USA shows 60 days on the form while its page says 7.
What does Digistore24 itself say about refund periods?
Vendors choose the period when they create the product. Digistore24 Inc. offers 60, 90 or 180 days, and the period starts at the first payment.
According to the Digistore24 help center, a vendor selling through Digistore24 GmbH can choose 14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, while one selling through Digistore24 Inc. can choose 60, 90 or 180. The return period begins at the first payment and lasts at most 180 days. Digistore24 also says it is obliged to process a refund requested inside the period the vendor set.
The help center lists nothing above 180 days, yet three Digistore24 order forms in our data print 365. If you rely on a window that long, keep a screenshot of the form. Our refund guide covers the steps, and the methodology page explains how a window feeds the refund-terms score.
Offers on the ClickBank checkout are different. Of 729 in our catalog, 92 print 365 days, so do not carry a Digistore24 expectation over.
What should you do before you pay?
Find the window on the order form, note the end date, and ask for the money back well before it. Do not wait for the last day.
Refund window checklist
- Open the order form and find the refund line before you enter any card details.
- Compare it with the sales page. If the two differ, plan around the shorter one.
- Save the order confirmation email and note the date of the first payment, because that is when the clock starts.
- If you want out, ask Digistore24 in writing in the first half of the window. See what to do if a request is refused.
Do these four things in order. They take five minutes, and they matter more than the number itself.
