We read the refund window off the order form of every Digistore24 offer we reviewed. For 857 of them the window is on file; for the rest it is not, so they are left out of every figure here. Of the 857, 822 print exactly 60 days and 12 print more. That makes 60 days the default, not a selling point.
A clean example is Aligned Love Archetypes: $37 once, with a 60-day window on the form that matches the page. The 10-Ingredient Party Bar and Twenty Minutes Dead do the same at $37 and $15. Our guide to refund windows across Digistore24 offers covers the full spread; this guide asks a different question, what the window says about the rest of the offer.
How do the refund windows split across the 857 offers?
822 offers show 60 days, 20 show 14 days, 6 show 90, 3 show 30, 3 show 180 and 3 show 365 (Digistore24 offers with a window on file, October 2026).
Group them by the number printed on the form and the picture is lopsided. The 60-day group holds 96% of everything we recorded.
The counts below come from a script over our product data, not from estimates, and they will move as new reviews are added.
Refund windows on Digistore24 order forms, October 2026
- 14 days: 20 offers, median price about $16.50
- 30 days: 3 offers
- 60 days: 822 offers, median price $37
- 90 days: 6 offers
- 180 days: 3 offers
- 365 days: 3 offers
Does a longer refund window mean a higher score?
No. The refund-terms sub-score rises with the window, but the overall score does not: the 12 offers above 60 days average 5.7, below the 6.1 of the 60-day group.
Our methodology scores refund terms as one of seven parts of the verdict, so a long window lifts that one number. The averages show it: 3.9 for the 14-day group, 7.3 for the 30-day group, 8.0 at 60 days and 8.4 above 60. Of the 822 offers at 60 days, 748 score exactly 8.0 on refund terms.
The overall picture goes the other way. Among the 60-day offers, 63 (7.7%) earn Worth it and 264 (32.1%) are a Pass. Among the 12 above 60 days, 2 are Worth it, 5 are Worth a look and 5 (41.7%) are a Pass. The sample of 12 is small, so read it as a pattern worth checking, not a law.
The gap sits in claims. The 12 long-window offers average 3.4 on claim discipline; the 60-day group averages 4.9. A seller who promises a year of risk-free trial often pairs it with louder health or wealth claims.
Which offers print more than 60 days?
Twelve offers: 6 at 90 days, 3 at 180 and 3 at 365. Eight of the 12 are physical products, and none of the three 365-day offers is Worth it.
| Product | Category | Offer score | Price | Billing | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Liposomal Hair Renewal (Purality Health) | Beauty & Skincare | 6.8/10 | $53.95 | One-time payment | Worth it |
| GlucoTrust | Health & Fitness | 6.1/10 | $69 | One-time payment | Worth a look |
| RhythmONE, 1 Bottle | Health & Fitness | 4.4/10 | $58.99 | One-time payment incl. $9.99 shipping | Pass |
| Pharaoh's Nectar (1 Bottle) | Spirituality | 5.1/10 | $59 | One-time payment | Pass |
| Diabetes Solution Kit (Digital Version) | Health & Fitness | 6.4/10 | $19.97 | One-time payment | Pass |
Liposomal Hair Renewal shows 180 days and is Worth it at 6.8. GlucoTrust also shows 180 days, but adds $9.99 shipping and sits at Worth a look, 6.1, with blood sugar claims on the page. RhythmONE and Pharaoh's Nectar show 365 days and are both a Pass, with sweeping claims and no named company.
The Diabetes Solution Kit prints a 365-day guarantee at $19.97 and still lands as a Pass at 6.4 overall; verdicts also depend on floors for some sub-scores. A long guarantee on a page about a medical condition is not a reason to skip the usual care, see buying a diabetes ebook or supplement safely.
What about the offers with only 14 or 30 days?
Twenty offers print 14 days and three print 30. The 14-day group averages 5.0 overall, 11 of its 20 offers are a Pass, and 14 score just 3.0 on refund terms.
Short windows cluster on low-priced templates and planners. The median price in the 14-day group is about $16.50. Examples are Simple Monthly Budget and Savings Tracker at $13, a Pass, and Learn Spanish by Speaking at EUR 21, Worth a look at 6.4.
A short window is not always a sign of a poor offer. SocialRentalMarketing: 15 Social Videos is a B2B offer at EUR 1,799 with 14 days and is Worth it at 6.8, but the review lists the short window as a con. At that price, 14 days is thin cover. Our guide to the 14-day withdrawal right on digital products explains a separate right that can apply on top.
What does a refund window not tell you?
It does not tell you whether the refund is easy to claim, whether the offer is accurately described, or whether you qualify. Digistore24 says a return needs a private buyer inside the return period.
Digistore24's help center says a return requires that you bought as a private individual and are still within the return period, and that ticking the box to restrict your statutory right of revocation may end your right of return. The window on the form is a seller setting; the conditions are set by the platform and the law.
Read the form, not the headline. If the page says one number and the form says another, plan around the form. We explain this in page versus order form guarantees and in what a money-back guarantee actually covers.
What should you check before relying on a refund promise?
Check five things before you pay: the window on the form, the last day to ask, who you ask, what you must send back, and whether the claims deserve trust.
Before you buy
- Find the refund window on the order form, not only on the sales page.
- Note today's date and the last day you can ask. Put it in your calendar.
- Keep the order confirmation email and your order ID, because the revocation function asks for the ID.
- For physical products, check what you must send back and who pays postage. See our Digistore24 refund guide.
- Weigh the claims, not the promise: a 365-day window does not make a health claim true.
A longer promise is only worth something if you can use it. Work through this list before you click pay.
