Digistore24 Physical Orders: Shipping Time, Tracking and Customs
133 Digistore24 offers ship a physical product, and only one of our reviews records a delivery time. Here is what we know about shipping cost, tracking and returns.
How do physical orders work on Digistore24?
The seller ships the goods by post. Digistore24 handles the sale and the payment. Its help center lists delivery by post for shipping products as one of the ways a product reaches you.
Digistore24's help center says vendors deliver in different ways depending on product type: an order confirmation email, an order confirmation page, an email from the vendor, or by post for physical products. You do not need a Digistore24 account to access your order, and the customer portal signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email address, valid for 15 minutes.
What the help articles we loaded do not give is a shipping time, a carrier or a customs rule. Those are set by the seller, so the order form and the sales page are where to look. Our guide to getting access after you pay covers the digital side of the same question.
How many Digistore24 offers ship a physical product?
133 in our catalog as of October 2026. They average 5.4 overall, against 6.2 for the Digistore24 offers that ship nothing, and 65 of the 133 (49%) are a Pass.
Physical goods are mostly supplements: 108 of the 133 are in Health & Fitness, 9 are survival books and kits, 5 are beauty products and the rest are scattered across small categories.
Verdicts are tougher for shipped goods. Among the 133, 12 earn Worth it (9%), 56 are Worth a look and 65 are a Pass. Among the 1,056 Digistore24 offers that ship nothing, 106 earn Worth it (10%) and 313 are a Pass (30%). The shipping itself is not the reason. How much does shipping cost on a Digistore24 physical order?
Of 133 physical offers, 51 show free shipping and 39 itemise a charge from $6.95 to $45, with a median of $9.99. The other 43 do not state shipping in the review.

We read the shipping line on the order form from a US address. Free shipping often applies only to bigger packs. Liposomal Hair Renewal is $53.95 for one bottle, while three bottles at $134.85 and six at $234.00 ship free in the US.
At the other end, Moringa Magic is $79 for one bottle plus $45 shipping, $124 in total, and is a Pass. Of the 39 offers that charge shipping, 24 are a Pass. For a cheap item the fee can dominate: Keto After 50 Desserts is a $9 book plus $7.95 shipping and handling, $16.95 in total. Can the shipping charge change between checks?
Yes. On three offers we rechecked in late September, the shipping line differed from our first check in August: it fell, disappeared or appeared. Read the form on the day you order.
iGenics showed $17.99 shipping and a pre-selected $8.99 shipping insurance on 24 August. On 26 September it showed $6.99 and the insurance started unticked. Spartamax went from $314 plus $20 shipping to $294 with shipping at $0.00 for six bottles. GLP-1 Plus added no shipping on 30 August and showed $6.95 on 26 September.

How long does delivery take, and will you get tracking?
Our data barely answers this. Only 1 of 133 physical offers states a delivery time: Survival MD says 3 to 7 days with tracking. For the rest, the seller decides and we have no figure.
Survival MD Printed Book charges $37 plus $9.99 shipping and 8.25% US sales tax, $50.87 in total, and the page says delivery takes 3 to 7 days with tracking. That is the sales page's claim, not something we measured. We did not buy any of these products, so we cannot report real delivery times.
For the others, look for a delivery window on the page before you pay, and keep the order confirmation email. If a parcel is late, start with the seller, then Digistore24 support. Our guide on who to contact for support explains the order.
What about customs and import charges?
None of our 133 physical reviews records customs or import charges, because we check forms from a US address. If you order from outside the US, ask the seller before you pay.
Whether duties or VAT apply depends on where the goods ship from and where you live. The form can also change the total for you. On a ClickBank order form, which is a different platform, Ageless Shoulders is $69 with free US shipping, but the German form totals EUR 115, including EUR 18.36 VAT and EUR 29.28 international shipping, both shown on the form. Digistore24 forms can differ in the same way, so check the total for your own country.
Some offers limit where they ship. The review of Selfplus Age Plus Resveratrol lists United States only. If an offer does not say where it ships, treat that as an open question to settle before you pay.
How do you return a physical product?
Use Digistore24's return flow, print the delivery note, send the parcel and report the return tracking number. The help center says a refund usually follows within 10 working days.
The help center requires that you bought as a private individual and are inside the return period. For a shipping product it tells you to download the delivery note, attach it to the parcel, send it to the address shown and then message support with the tracking number of your return.
Postage is the catch. 32 of the 133 physical reviews carry the line that delivery time and return postage are on you, for example GLP-1 Plus and Nail Refresh. Our Digistore24 refund guide walks through the steps.

Check six things on the order form: the shipping line, the total for your country, the delivery estimate, the refund window, return postage and any pre-ticked add-on.

- Read the shipping line and the grand total for your own country, not only the headline price.
- Look for a delivery estimate and a tracking promise on the page, and screenshot them.
- Ask the seller about customs, VAT or import charges if you live outside the US.
- Find the refund window on the form and note the last day to ask.
- Work out who pays return postage before you order.
- Untick any shipping insurance or add-on you did not choose.
