How do I get my Digistore24 product again after the link expired?

Open the Digistore24 customer portal, sign in with the email you used at checkout, open the order and use its overview page or the Access purchase button. No account or password is needed.

Digistore24 describes the customer portal as the easiest way back to an order. You enter your email address, receive a one-time code, and see every order linked to that address. From there, the order overview page usually links to the product or shows how to reach it.

A word on what we can and cannot say. We audit offers, we never bought or used the products below, and the Digistore24 help pages we loaded do not state how long any vendor's download link stays valid. Link lifetime is something the vendor sets up, so if the order page offers no working link, the vendor is the next stop. The steps below are taken from Digistore24's own buyer help.

How does the customer portal work?

You request a login code, enter the email address from your purchase, then type the code you receive. The code is valid for 15 minutes and there is no password.

Open the customer portal, click Send login code, enter your purchase email address, check your inbox for the code and enter it. Each sign-in sends a fresh code. Digistore24 says registering is only for vendors and affiliates, not buyers, which matches our guide on whether you need a Digistore24 account to buy.

Inside the portal you can open the order details, download invoices, and for subscriptions cancel or change the payment method. For a product you have already paid for, click Order details, then Order overview, and look for the Access purchase button.

If your order is missing, the usual cause is a different email address. The portal only shows orders linked to the address you typed. Search every inbox you own for a message from support@digistore24.com with the subject Digistore24 - Order successful / access.

What if I lost the email and cannot sign in?

Use the Find my order page with your order ID. You also need either your purchase email or the last 4 digits of your bank account. Card payments have their own form.

The order ID is a mix of letters and numbers, for example 5K5WFNS4. It is printed in the order confirmation email. If you paid by card, Digistore24 offers a lookup using first and last name, date of purchase, amount and the last 4 digits of the card. If you paid with PayPal, the order ID is in your PayPal activity under purchase details.

Always quote the order ID when you write to support, and write from the email address you used to buy. If you no longer have access to that address, Digistore24 says its support team can change the email linked to the order, and you will need the order ID and the new address.

Where is the product actually delivered?

It depends on the vendor. Digistore24 lists four methods: the order confirmation email, the order confirmation page, an email from the vendor, or the post for physical items.

Digistore24 says most products use one of these methods, so if the product is not in the confirmation email, try the confirmation page or the vendor's own email. Access data for online courses and software licence keys often sit directly in the Digistore24 confirmation email. A member area login, on the other hand, often arrives in a separate email from the vendor.

Why do some products expire and others do not?

Because each vendor chooses the delivery model. A streaming course, a ZIP download and a time-limited channel behave differently, and the order form or sales page should say which one you bought.

In our catalog, the Delivery or Access line appears on 187 listings as of October 2026, and 107 of those mention instant delivery. A time-limited product is not hidden in the system, it is a stated term: The Cape Connection prices 90 days of access at $34.32 once, while the guitar courses, such as the 4-Week Guitar Technique Challenge, advertise unlimited access. Across all 1,920 offers, the median delivery and access subscore is 8.0. The five examples above score 8.0 to 9.0, so a lost or expired link is more of a housekeeping problem than a sign of a bad product. Where delivery is weak, we say so in the review.

Who should I contact: the vendor or Digistore24?

Contact the vendor about the product content or a member-area login. Contact Digistore24 support about the order, email address or portal access, with your order ID.

Digistore24 says questions about the content of the product go to the vendor, whose contact details are usually on the order overview page or in the confirmation email. 1. Search your inbox and spam for Digistore24 - Order successful / access and for the vendor's name.
2. Open the customer portal, sign in with your purchase email and use Order details, then Order overview, then Access purchase.
3. If the order is missing, try another email address you may have used, or the Find my order page with your order ID.
4. Write to the vendor about the product or login, and to Digistore24 about the order, quoting the order ID from your purchase email.

Work through these in order and stop when you have the file or the login. Save the download somewhere permanent once you have it, because a link may not stay valid forever. We do not know the lifetime of any individual link, so do not assume one.
