Do I Need a Digistore24 Account to Buy or Access My Product?
Digistore24 says buyers do not need an account, only an email address. Your vendor may still send a separate login for a course or app. Here is the difference.
Do I need a Digistore24 account to buy a product?
No. Digistore24 states that buyers do not need to register: all you need is an email address and access to that inbox.
Digistore24 is the reseller on the order form, and its help center says plainly that registration is only for product vendors and affiliates, not for buyers. You enter your details on the order form, pay, and receive an order confirmation email.
That email is the key to everything that follows, so use an address you can still read next month. If you mistype it, the portal and the confirmation will not find you. How do I access my order without an account?
Open the Digistore24 customer portal, request a login code and enter it. There is no password, and the code is valid for 15 minutes.
The customer portal shows every order placed with the email address you enter. Per Digistore24, the sign-in works in four steps: click Send login code, enter the email address used at purchase, check your inbox for the one-time code, and type it in.
You can then view order details, download invoices, cancel a subscription if the requirements are met, change your payment method for ongoing payments and pay outstanding balances. The help center advises signing out afterwards, especially on shared devices.

Then why do some products still ask me to log in?
Because that login belongs to the vendor, not to Digistore24. A course, app or member area can have its own sign-in, usually emailed or shown after purchase.
Digistore24 handles the payment. The vendor decides how the product is delivered, and the help center lists the common routes: the Digistore24 order confirmation email, the order confirmation page, an email from the vendor, or the post for physical goods.

What if I cannot find the confirmation email or my order?
Check spam first, then use the customer portal or the Digistore24 find-my-order form. If you used a different email address, support can help, but you will need your order ID.
The Digistore24 confirmation email comes from support@digistore24.com with the subject Digistore24 - Order successful / access. The help center suggests checking spam and trash folders. If you do not see your orders in the portal, the most common reason is a different email address than the one you used when buying.
If you no longer have access to that address, support can change the email linked to the order. Digistore24 asks you to write to helpdesk@digistore24.com from the purchase email address, with the order ID, screenshots and a description of the issue.
