What the package contains

The order form lists the eCloud package with 2 concurrent users and 20 GB of storage. The vendor's pricing page adds that the number of accounts is unlimited, that updates are automatic, that data is backed up in two data centres (at least 7 daily and 12 weekly snapshots, per its FAQ), and that Jitsi meetings are included for small groups.

Collabora Online Office and Rocket.Chat are shown as optional. Individual support is billed separately at 165 euro an hour plus VAT, according to the pricing page.

Price, billing and add-ons

The monthly price is EUR 24.90 with monthly cancellation, or EUR 249 a year with annual cancellation. Both exclude VAT, and the form calculated 0% VAT for the country it detected when we looked, so the total you pay depends on where you are.

The base plan is capped at 2 concurrent users. Each extra concurrent user is EUR 4.90 a month, and volume discounts start at 6 extra units. The vendor's page also shows a per-user monthly licence model, so check which model you need before you order.

Refunds, trial and what is not stated

The form does not state a money-back period or a free trial. It shows Digistore24's standard note about the consumer right of revocation and a 'cancel my order' link. Anything beyond that would come from the vendor's own terms, which we did not review in full.
