What share of Digistore24 offers deserve a Worth it verdict?

About one in eight. As of October 2026, 224 of the 1,920 offers we scored (11.7%) carry Worth it; roughly half are Worth a look and just over a third are Pass.

These numbers come from the full review catalog, not a sample. Every offer has a score out of 10 built from seven sub-scores, and the verdict label follows from that score plus a few floors. The rules are on the methodology page and in what our verdicts mean.

One caution before reading the split as a verdict on Digistore24 itself. We score the offer, meaning what the sales page and the order form say, charge and promise. The catalog is also not a random cross-section of the marketplace, so read the shares as a description of what we reviewed.

Why is more than a third of the catalog a Pass?

Mostly because of missing disclosure. The median vendor transparency sub-score is 4.0 out of 10, and floors in the method turn thin or impossible offers into a Pass regardless of the average.

Digistore24 standardizes checkout and delivery, so almost every offer scores well on refund terms, pricing honesty and delivery. What separates offers is whether the seller says what the product is and who is behind it. In our data, 1,086 of 1,920 offers score 4 or lower on vendor transparency.

That is why 448 of the 719 Pass offers still have an average of 5.0 or higher. A floor, not the average, put them there: an offer whose seller will not say what it is cannot rise above Pass. For a clean example of the opposite, 24 Menus from Madeira scores 8.3 with a named author, a stated page count and a stated price.

Which categories have the most Worth it offers?

Among categories with at least 40 offers, software and technology leads with 41 Worth it out of 111 (36.9%). Music and audio has a higher share, but only 12 offers behind it.

Small categories swing wildly, so the table below only ranks the shares and leaves the call to you. Counts are as of October 2026.

The worst Pass rates sit in spirituality and manifestation (141 of 198, 71.2%) and survival (48 of 80, 60.0%). Health and fitness is the biggest category at 534 offers and has the lowest Worth it share of any large category: 26 offers, 4.9%.

Do more expensive offers earn better verdicts?

No. The Worth it share is 12.2% under $20, 11.1% from $20 to $49.99, 16.3% from $50 to $99.99, 6.2% from $100 to $299.99 and 10.2% at $300 or more.

Prices here are the listed price in each offer's own currency; 71 of the 1,920 are not in dollars, so treat the bands as approximate. The median listed price across the catalog is $37.

The $50 to $99.99 band is the best performer, with 46 Worth it out of 282. The $100 to $299.99 band is the weakest, with 11 of 178. Average scores fall slightly as price rises, from 5.99 under $20 to 5.68 in the $100 to $299.99 band, then tick up to 5.76 above $300. The longer analysis is in do expensive offers score higher.

A cheap offer can be a clean one too. Living With An English Bull Terrier costs $3 and scores 8.0, while Contract Aura at $64 scores 8.2.

Are subscriptions treated worse than one-time offers?

Not by label, but the split is lower. Of 1,844 one-time-payment offers, 213 (11.6%) are Worth it; of 61 listed as subscriptions, 8 (13.1%) are, with 21 Pass.

The subscription sample is small, so we would not read a trend into the 13.1%. What the data does show is that nearly all offers in the catalog are one-time payments, so the verdict mix of the catalog is essentially the verdict mix of one-time offers.

Billing still matters inside a review. A subscription presented as a one-off lowers pricing honesty, and a trial that converts is recorded by hand, offer by offer, rather than found by keyword.

What do offers that earn Worth it have in common?

They state what you get, name who sells it and charge the advertised price. The six offers below span categories and prices, and all six are Worth it.

Scores run from 7.9 to 8.3 in this group. None of them wins on price alone: a $99.99 pattern pack and a $3 ebook sit side by side. What they share is checkable detail, for example 101 Easy Scroll Saw Patterns with a stated file count and licence, and 4-Week Guitar Technique Challenge with a named teacher and weekly homework.

How should you use these numbers when you shop?

Use them as a base rate, not a rule. Before a purchase, check where the offer sits against its category and then read its own review.

A quick checklist before you pay

1. Find the category and compare the offer's score with the category's Worth it and Pass counts.
2. Open the review and read the seven sub-scores, especially offer clarity and vendor transparency.
3. Check that the price and billing on the Digistore24 order form match the sales page.
4. Look for a named seller and a stated refund window before you decide.
5. If the review says Pass, read the reason; if it is a floor, the seller has not told you what the offer is.

A base rate tells you how skeptical to start. In health and fitness, roughly two in five offers we scored are Pass, so the burden of proof on the sales page is higher. In software and technology, over a third are Worth it, so a clear listing there is more common.
