Which is better: Muscle Building Blueprint, 28-Day Military Workout or Body Transformation?
By offer score, The Muscle Building Blueprint wins at 7.8 and is the only one of the three rated Worth it. The military plan is a solid $20 option for intermediate trainees, and the $37 transformation ebook is the lowest-scoring of the three.

We compare the offers, not the workouts. We audit the sales page and the Digistore24 order form, and we have not bought or followed any of these programs. A score tells you how clearly and honestly the offer is presented. It does not tell you whether you will gain muscle. Our methodology lists the seven criteria behind each score.
The three differ in structure more than in price. One is a multi-file package with named plans, one is a single 28-day schedule, and one is a short ebook with six chapter headings. The table below shows price, billing, verdict and score, and the next sections go through each one.
What do you get in the Muscle Building Blueprint?
A digital package of 145 pages: a 30-chapter main guide, a 12-week beginner plan, a 12-week intermediate plan, a home-workout program, trackers and a quick-start guide. It costs EUR 29.90 once.
The Muscle Building Blueprint - Complete Package is sold by David Azevedo, trading as AZEIBEL, with a full postal address in Germany. The sales page names the topics: progressive overload, exercise selection, training volume and frequency, calorie and protein calculation, sleep and recovery, and plateau troubleshooting.
The price is EUR 29.90, and the order form shows the same amount for German and US addresses. That works out to about EUR 0.21 per page across the 145 pages. The refund window is 60 days on both the form and the sales page. The FAQ says results are not guaranteed and the material is not medical advice, which earns a claim discipline sub-score of 8.
The review notes two limits: no before-and-after data or independent results are shown, and home-workout equipment needs depend on what you already own.
What is in the 28 Day Military Workout Plan?
A $20 PDF with a four-week military-style plan for home training, six days a week, aimed at intermediate level. A pull-up bar is recommended.
The 28 Day Military Workout Plan comes from the WellFitEats blog and a Digistore24 merchant account called aariann. The page is clear about level and equipment, and the order form shows $20.00 once with a 60-day refund window. If you use all six training days in each of the four weeks, that is 24 sessions, or about $0.83 per session.
It scores 6.9, which would normally be Worth it. It stays at Worth a look because vendor transparency is 3.5: there is no named author or address. Claim discipline is 5. Our guide on what our verdicts mean explains how floors work.
The review warns that six days a week at intermediate intensity is demanding. Beginners should scale it down, and anyone with an injury should ask a doctor or physiotherapist first.
What is in the Body Transformation Blueprint in 30 Days?
A $37 PDF and EPUB ebook from FitLife Solutions with six named chapters, including a 20-minute workout system and a simple nutrition plan. No author, page count or sample is shown.
The Body Transformation Blueprint in 30 Days scores 6.6 and is Worth a look. The price on the sales page matches the order form, the refund window is 60 days and the seller is named with an address and phone number in Uganda. Its weak spots are value for money at 4 and offer clarity at 5.5, because the length is unknown and the description is a stock template.
The title is also not unique. We count seven offers with Body Transformation Blueprint in the name, all at $37, from 5.8 to 6.6. Two of them, After 40 and the Mastery Guide, are a Pass at 6.0. Our guide on template publishers with many titles at one price explains why we flag this.
How do the three compare on structure, equipment and refund?
Only the Muscle Building Blueprint states a page count, chapter count and named plans. All three offer 60 days, but the military plan is the only one built around a fixed daily schedule.
Here is the comparison on the points the review data covers.
Side by side (as of October 2026)
- Muscle Building Blueprint: EUR 29.90, 145 pages, 30 chapters, beginner and intermediate 12-week plans, home program, 60-day refund, score 7.8, Worth it.
- 28 Day Military Workout Plan: $20, 28 days at six sessions a week, home-based with a pull-up bar recommended, 60-day refund, score 6.9, Worth a look.
- Body Transformation Blueprint in 30 Days: $37, six chapters, no page count, PDF and EPUB, 60-day refund, score 6.6, Worth a look.
- Seller transparency: AZEIBEL has a German address, FitLife Solutions has a Ugandan address, and the military plan lists no address.
Do you need a tracker as well?
Not necessarily. A tracker records your numbers but gives no plan. The Body Recomposition Command Center is an $8.66 Excel template with no training or diet advice.
Body Recomposition Command Center scores 6.9 and is Worth a look. The review calls it honest and cheap, and notes that free fitness apps do something similar. The seller is only an account name, so vendor transparency is 3.
The Muscle Building Blueprint already includes trackers and weekly review sheets. If you pick the military plan, a spreadsheet is an optional add-on. Our guide on Excel health and fitness trackers lists what to check before buying one.
Which one fits which buyer?
Pick the Muscle Building Blueprint if you want a full system and a named seller. Pick the military plan if you are already training and want a fixed schedule at home. Skip the $37 ebook unless length matters little to you.
If your goal is muscle, Protein Made Simple is a EUR 24.90 nutrition-only alternative, scored 6.1 and Worth a look. Beginners are the clearest case. The Muscle Building Blueprint includes a dedicated beginner plan, while the military plan is described as intermediate and demanding. For a wider look at routines, see our guide to home workout programs and the health and fitness category.
If price is the main concern, the cheapest of the three programs is not automatically the best value. The military plan costs less per session but has the weakest seller disclosure. When two offers look alike, our guide on comparing two similar offers says to read the sub-scores, not the total.
What should you do before you buy?
Check the price on the order form, note the refund date and ask a doctor before starting a demanding plan. Then compare sub-scores, not only the verdict.
Before you pay
- Open the order form and confirm the currency and total. The muscle package is billed in euros.
- Write down the date you pay and the 60-day refund deadline.
- Check your level against the plan. Six days a week is a lot for a new trainee.
- Look for a page count or sample. Only one of the three publishes one.
- If you have an injury or a medical condition, talk to a doctor first.
Use these steps for any of the three.
