30 Days Ketogenic vs 15 Keto Meal Plans vs The Forbidden Keto Code
A $29 meal plan, a $17 recipe pack and a $9 cheat sheet, all with a 60-day refund. How they differ, what they leave out and who each suits.
Which is better: a keto meal plan, a recipe pack or a cheat sheet?
On our scores they are level: the $29 meal plan and the $9 cheat sheet both reach 7.0 and the $17 recipe pack 6.9, as of October 2026.
| Product | Category | Offer score | Price | Billing | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30-Days Ketogenic Meal Plan + Bonuses | Cooking | 7.0/10 | $29 | One-time payment, VAT included | Worth a look |
| 15 Keto Meal Plans: Easy Recipe Pack | Cooking | 6.9/10 | $17 | One-time payment | Worth a look |
| The Forbidden Keto Code | Cooking | 7.0/10 | $9 | One-time payment | Worth a look |
| The Ultimate Keto Dessert Recipe Book | Cooking | 7.2/10 | $14 | One-time payment | Worth a look |
All three are digital downloads, all three show a 60-day refund window on the order form, and all three score Worth a look rather than Worth it. The real choice is about what you want to receive: a month mapped out, two weeks of breakfasts and lunches, or a list of foods to eat and avoid.
A score here measures the offer: price honesty, claims, seller details, clarity and refund terms. It says nothing about whether keto suits you. We audit the sales page and the order form and did not buy or use any of these files. The methodology page lists the seven subscores. The table adds The Ultimate Keto Dessert Recipe Book, the highest score of the 13 reviews with keto in the name, at 7.2.
What do you get in each one?
A full month of meals plus bonus files, a 15-day rotation of breakfasts and lunches, or food lists and tips in PDF, image and video form.
30-Days Ketogenic Meal Plan + Bonuses is a month of planned keto meals with named extras: a food cheat sheet, 100 carb alternatives, a dessert cookbook and an intermittent fasting report. Unlike many offers at this price, the listing says what the bonuses are rather than just counting them.
15 Keto Meal Plans: Easy Recipe Pack is a 15-day rotation meant to be repeated through the month. It covers breakfasts and lunches only, so dinners are not included, and our review found no nutrition values mentioned.
The Forbidden Keto Code is a cheat sheet, not a programme. The order form describes eat and avoid lists, daily tips and three common mistakes that break ketosis, in PDF, PNG and video. The review notes that similar food lists are published free by dietitian-run sites and keto app makers.
What does each one really cost?
$29.00 for the meal plan, $17.00 plus tax for the pack and $9.00 plus tax for the cheat sheet, before any optional add-on.
The meal plan is $29.00 at the checkout, shown with VAT included. The pack is $17.00 plus 8.25% sales tax on the order form for our US test address, $18.40 in total. The cheat sheet is $9.00 plus 8.25% tax, $9.74 in total. Tax depends on where you live.
Buying all three would cost $55 before tax, but they overlap. The meal plan already includes a food cheat sheet and a dessert cookbook as bonuses, and the pack and the cheat sheet are offered to each other. If you want one thing, buy one thing.

Are there add-ons or tricks to watch for?
Yes: two add-on boxes that are not pre-ticked and one countdown timer that means nothing.
The pack's order form offers The Forbidden Keto Code as a second guide for $8.65, and the cheat sheet's form offers 15 Keto Meal Plans for $10.28. Neither box is pre-ticked, which our review of each counts in its favour. Read every checkbox anyway, as our guide to pre-ticked add-ons and order bumps explains.
The meal plan is the one with sales furniture. The page runs a fifteen-minute countdown, tells you your spot is reserved and says twelve bonuses worth $256 expire at zero. It also shows a struck-through $37 against the $29 charged. Our review says the timer resets when the page reloads and the bonuses are part of the product. See countdown timers and scarcity and crossed-out prices.
The link that reaches the meal plan's checkout is an upsell page rather than the main sales page, so what you see first may differ from the ordinary presentation.
How do the claims and sellers compare?
All three keep their claims modest, scoring 8 out of 10 on claim discipline, and all three are weak on who is selling.
None of the three promises a specific amount of weight loss. Claim discipline is 8.0 for each. Vendor transparency is the weak side: 3.5 for the meal plan, 3.0 for the cheat sheet and 2.5 for the pack.
No author or nutritionist is named on any of them. The pack is sold by an unnamed seller, Digistore24 merchant 4762271. A meal plan does not strictly need a credentialed author, but at $29 with a claimed $256 bonus value, knowing who assembled it would help.
The scores also differ on clarity and value. The pack leads on offer clarity at 7.0, the other two have 6.5, and the cheat sheet edges the value for money subscore at 6.5 against 6.0 for the other two.
Is keto safe for everyone?
No. Our reviews of all three say to talk to a doctor first if you take diabetes medication or have kidney or liver conditions.
Ketogenic eating changes a lot at once. The meal plan review lists diabetes, kidney or liver conditions and pregnancy as reasons to ask a doctor first. The pack review notes that sharp carbohydrate cuts can interact with diabetes and blood-pressure medication. The cheat sheet review adds insulin and other glucose-lowering drugs.
None of these downloads replaces medical advice, and we do not give any. If blood sugar is your reason for looking, see our ranking of blood sugar and diabetes offers and our guide to weight loss offers.
Who should buy which one?
The meal plan suits someone who wants a month decided for them, the pack a person who wants a simple rotation and the cheat sheet someone who only needs lists.
Choose the 30-Days Ketogenic Meal Plan if planning is where you usually quit and $29 to skip it is worth it, and ignore the clock. Choose 15 Keto Meal Plans if you want a short repeatable rotation and can cook dinners yourself. Choose The Forbidden Keto Code only if you want a printable reference and accept that the same lists exist free elsewhere.

What should I check before paying?
Decide what you need, read the order form line by line and use the refund window if the file is not what you expected.
Before you pay
- Ask your doctor first if you take medication or have a health condition.
- Pick one product for your goal; do not buy overlapping files.
- Check the total on the order form, including tax, and untick any add-on you did not choose.
- Ignore countdown timers and expiring bonus claims.
- Note the 60-day refund window and open the file as soon as it arrives.
Run through this short list before you buy any keto download.
Frequently asked questions
Which keto meal plan is best for beginners?
On our scores the 30-Days Ketogenic Meal Plan (7.0) suits someone who wants a full month planned. The $17 pack covers breakfasts and lunches only, so you must plan dinners yourself.
Is The Forbidden Keto Code worth $9?
It scores 7.0 and is priced as a cheat sheet. Our review notes that similar eat and avoid lists are free from dietitian-run sites, so you are paying for packaging.
Is the 15-minute countdown on the meal plan real?
No. Our review says the timer resets when the page reloads, and the bonuses are part of the product. The 60-day refund is the real protection.
Are the add-ons pre-ticked?
No. The $8.65 and $10.28 add-ons shown on the pack and cheat sheet forms are not pre-ticked, so nothing is added unless you tick the box.
Is keto safe if I have diabetes?
Our reviews say to talk to a doctor first, because cutting carbohydrates can change blood sugar and medication needs. We do not give medical advice.
