What to Check Before Buying a Stamina or Performance Program
20 stamina and performance offers, 11 of them a Pass and none Worth it. What the pages claim, how they bill, and what to check first.
What should you check before buying a stamina or performance program?
Check four things in order: the total and whether it repeats, the refund window, who the seller is, and whether the claims are stated as facts or as possibilities.
We audit the offer: the sales page and the order form. We never bought or used any of these products, and this is not medical advice. Erectile or stamina problems can have medical causes, so a doctor is the right first stop.
We grouped 20 offers by hand from our catalog of 1920, based on what each page sells: erectile, libido, testosterone, premature ejaculation, penis enlargement and similar promises. The counts below are computed from that group as of October 2026. Our wider health and fitness category holds many more supplements and ebooks.
Two warnings apply to the whole group. A low price does not mean low risk, because several of these offers are built to move you to larger packs. And a polished page does not mean a verified claim: the review data records what the seller states, not what a lab or a doctor has confirmed.
How do these offers score overall?
Poorly: none of the 20 is Worth it, 9 are Worth a look and 11 are a Pass, with an average score of 5.2.
| Product | Category | Offer score | Price | Billing | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Alpha Surge | Health & Fitness | 6.5/10 | $167.95 | One-time payment, 2 to 6 bottles | Worth a look |
| Mastering the Moment: Last Longer Naturally | Health & Fitness | 6.5/10 | $27 | One-time payment | Worth a look |
| Protoflow | Health & Fitness | 6.2/10 | $167.95 | One-time payment, 2 to 6 bottles | Worth a look |
| Male Enhancement Coach (meCOACH) | Health & Fitness | 4.6/10 | $28.95 | Subscription: $28.95 now, then $28.95 per month | Pass |
| Power Kegels | Health & Fitness | 4.4/10 | $37 | One-time payment | Pass |
| Man Greens | Health & Fitness | 4.3/10 | $79 | One-time payment, 1 or 3 bags, or a $59 monthly subscription | Pass |
The catalog average is 5.9. The weakest criterion in this group is claim discipline, averaging 3.4 against 4.7 across all offers. In plain terms, the pages promise more than they can show.
Legendary Enlargement PE Program is a $77 program that promises 2 to 4 inches of growth, and it scores 4.1. Male Enhancement Coach scores 4.6 and claims over 2 inches and a cure for erectile dysfunction, with a claim discipline score of 1.5. Our guide to men's versus women's health offers puts these numbers in context.
How do these offers bill, and is there a subscription?
Most are one-time payments, but 4 of the 20 carry a subscription or club option, and some supplements have no single-unit option.
Male Enhancement Coach bills $28.95 now and $28.95 every month until cancelled, while its own plans page lists $37.77 a month. The form and the page disagree. Man Greens puts a $59 monthly subscription first, and the page text mentions a $69.95 bag while the form says $79.
Alpha Surge has no single bottle: the smallest pack is 2 bottles at $158.00 plus $9.95 shipping, $167.95 in total. Protoflow is also $167.95 for 2 bottles. The median price for the group is $78.99, so these sit well above it.

Will the charge be discreet on your statement?
Our data cannot confirm it for most offers: of the 20, only Vigosurge has a discreet bank statement line recorded.
VigoSurge is the one whose FAQ, per our review, discloses a discreet CLICKBANK bank statement line. For the other 19 our review data does not record what the statement will show, and we did not buy any of them to find out.
Our guide on what Digistore24 shows on your card statement explains the general case. If privacy matters, read the FAQ and ask the seller or support before you pay, and do not assume.
Which claims are red flags?
Promises of a fixed result, a cure, or safety without a doctor, plus invented authority, score worst on claim discipline.
Mastering the Moment: Last Longer Naturally is a $27 program built on standard behavioral techniques, but its page calls the method absolutely safe, gives no advice to see a doctor and borrows Mayo Clinic and NHS as backing. Its claim discipline is 3.5.
Power Kegels states that a five-second trick helps a man last 15 minutes or more, with no exercise description and no seller named. It scores 4.4. Man Greens promises testosterone effects in 8 seconds.
Every supplement page also carries the same fine-print notice. Our guide to not evaluated by the FDA explains what that line does and does not tell you.
Claim red flags in this group
- A fixed result or timeframe stated as fact
- A cure or a number of inches promised
- Safe for any age with no advice to see a doctor
- Authority names such as Mayo Clinic used as backing
- Ingredients listed with no dose
How good are the refund windows?
Most show 60 days; a few go further, so the refund is rarely the weak point and the claims are.
Most offers in the group show 60 days on the order form. Alpha Surge shows a genuine 90-day refund, and Spartamax Maximum Performance shows 365 days with no dose disclosed for any ingredient.
A long window is a real safety net, but it needs you to act. Follow the steps in our refund guide and keep the order email. A refund does not undo a monthly charge you never noticed.
What should you do next?
Talk to a doctor if symptoms persist, then use the checklist on any offer you still want.
Before you buy
- See a doctor first if the problem is persistent or new.
- Read the total at the bottom of the order form and search it for monthly.
- Confirm the smallest pack you can actually buy.
- Look for a named company and a real address.
- Ignore fixed results, cures and inch counts.
- Set a reminder before the refund window ends.
Our methodology page shows how these criteria turn into a score. Use the list below on any stamina or performance offer.
Frequently asked questions
Do male stamina supplements work?
We cannot say. We audit the offer, not the product, and none of these 20 reaches Worth it. If symptoms persist, see a doctor rather than relying on a sales page.
Is the charge for a performance product discreet?
Not necessarily. Of the 20 offers we grouped, only Vigosurge has a discreet bank statement line recorded in our review data. Ask the seller before you pay.
Are male enhancement offers sold as subscriptions?
Some are. 4 of the 20 carry a subscription or club option in the billing label, including Male Enhancement Coach at $28.95 a month. Check the form for the word monthly.
What refund window do these offers give?
Most show 60 days. Alpha Surge shows 90 days and Spartamax Maximum Performance 365 days, while Prime Perform states no window of its own.
Which stamina offer scores best in our audit?
Among the 20 we grouped, Mastering the Moment and Alpha Surge tie at 6.5, both Worth a look. None is Worth it.
