We averaged the scores of 1,191 Digistore24 offers by niche. Music and hobby products sit on top, while health, self-help and spirituality trail.

Which Digistore24 Niches Have the Best and Worst Offers?

Which Digistore24 niches score best and worst?

Music, hobbies, parenting, cooking and software score best. Health and fitness, spirituality and self-help score worst. The gap comes from claims and seller transparency, not from price.

We scored every offer in our catalog on seven criteria that can be checked without buying: offer clarity, value for money, refund terms, vendor transparency, pricing honesty, delivery and access, and claim discipline. This article groups the Digistore24 side of that catalog by niche and compares the averages.

The Digistore24 side here means the 1,191 offers that carry no ClickBank vendor ID, as of October 2026. Their average score is 6.08. We kept ClickBank offers out so the numbers describe one platform; the Digistore24 vs ClickBank buyer comparison covers the other side.

How do the niches rank by average score?

Music and audio leads at 7.5, politics and economics follows at 6.91, and health and fitness is last at 5.73. Small niches swing a lot, so read the offer count next to each average.

The list below shows the average score, the number of offers behind it and the share that earned a Worth it verdict (6.5 and up, subject to subscore floors). Niches with fewer than 20 offers are best read as a direction, not a verdict.

Average score by niche, Digistore24 offers, October 2026

Why do music, software and cooking offers score well?

They sell something concrete that a buyer can judge before paying, and the sellers tend to say who they are. Their claim discipline averages 6.6 to 7.8, against 4.3 for health.

Music is the cleanest example. The six Digistore24 music offers average 7.8 on claim discipline and 7.4 on vendor transparency. A course like the 4-Week Guitar Technique Challenge names its teacher, lists the weekly homework and costs $29 once. There is little to exaggerate when the outcome is playing a piece better.

Software scores well for a similar reason. Contract Aura scored 8.2, the second-highest on the Digistore24 side: a named developer, a live demo, one payment of $64. Of 83 software offers, 33 are Worth it, the highest share of any niche with more than 10 offers.

Cooking and crafts do well on honesty about what is inside. The 24 Menus from Madeira cookbook scored 8.3, the top score on the Digistore24 side, with 265 pages, 72 recipes and an author who lives on the island. 101 Easy Scroll Saw Patterns states the file count, the licence and the limits up front. Our guide to why music lessons score well goes deeper on the first case.

Why do health, self-help and spirituality offers score low?

These niches sell a transformation, so the sales page leans on promises it cannot prove. Claim discipline averages 4.3 in health, 4.7 in self-help and 4.0 in spirituality, with vendor transparency at 3.1 to 4.2.

Health and fitness is the biggest niche on the Digistore24 side after make money online, at 306 offers or 26% of the 1,191. Only 6 are Worth it. That is not because health products are priced badly: the median price is $37, the same as the whole Digistore24 side. It is because the pages promise outcomes, cite studies they do not name and often hide who the seller is.

The bottom of the niche shows the pattern. Weight Loss Program (Pagewheel download) scored 2.9: the page never says what the download contains and promises a 60-day refund while the order form grants 14 days. Our weight loss buying guide lists the checks that catch this.

Self-help and spirituality show the same shape with a different product. Shame Spiral To Self Worth scored 3.8 on a page of generic template copy. If you are shopping in these niches, the guide to manifestation and brainwave audio is a good place to start.

Does a low score always mean a Pass?

No. Of the 378 Digistore24 Passes, only 79 scored below 5.0. The rest held a score of 5.0 or more but were held to Pass by a floor on a weak subscore.

That is why niche averages and Pass counts do not line up perfectly. A product can have a decent overall number and still earn a Pass because one criterion, such as claim discipline, fell below its floor. The full rules are on our methodology page, and the guide on what our verdicts mean explains the three labels.

Pass shares also show the split among larger niches. Self-help (47% Pass), education and languages (45%) and health and fitness (40%) sit well above software (22%) and parenting (6%). Education is the surprise: its average of 6.11 looks fine, but 28 of its 62 offers are Pass, and one example is a refund promise on the page that the order form does not honor, as with UX/UI Courses (Digital Download).

Can a weak niche still hold a good offer?

Yes. Even health and fitness has 20 offers scoring 6.5 or more, and make money online has 21 Worth it offers. The niche sets the odds, not the outcome.

The Muscle Building Blueprint - Complete Package scored 7.8 inside health and fitness, with a named German seller and an honest FAQ about limits. In make money online, the AI Business Operator 60-Day System scored 7.7 with a stated page count and templates. In spirituality, Twenty Minutes Dead reached 7.7 by citing published research and giving space to skeptics.

What these have in common is covered in our piece on the highest-scoring offers: a named seller, a described product and claims that stay inside what the page can show.

How should I use niche scores when I shop?

Treat the niche average as a starting level of caution, then judge the single offer. Raise your guard in health, self-help and spirituality, and check the seller in every niche.

A short checklist

  1. Look up the niche above: health, self-help and spirituality deserve the most checking.
  2. Find the seller's name and address on the order form, not only on the sales page.
  3. Compare the refund window on the page with the one on the order form.
  4. Check that the page describes what you receive: format, length, number of files.
  5. Read the verdict and subscores on the review, not just the label.

A niche average tells you the base rate, not the answer for the page in front of you. Use it to decide how much checking to do before you pay.
